Donations support the operation of Pinas Classic. Any virtual item, currency, or benefit provided is a thank-you reward and has no cash value outside the game.

1. Check your order. You are responsible for confirming the correct account, character, item, quantity, payment method, and total before paying.
2. No refunds after delivery. All donations are final and non-refundable once payment is completed and the virtual item has been delivered, credited, claimed, or used. This includes accidental orders, duplicate orders, selecting the wrong item or character, and changing your mind.
3. Delivery and technical issues. Delivery may be automatic or require an in-game claim. If payment succeeds but the reward is missing, keep your payment reference and contact support. Do not pay again or file a chargeback while the issue is being investigated.
4. Service changes. Virtual items are not real-world property and do not guarantee permanent access, server uptime, account status, or unchanged game features. Items, prices, availability, and game systems may change when necessary.
5. Account and payment responsibility. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity on your account and for providing accurate payment information.

If a payment is pending, declined, duplicated, or not fulfilled, contact Pinas Classic support with your payment reference so we can review it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
